Our story
Mom’s Galbi story begins 25 years ago when Kelly realized her friends would always come to her house to eat her mom’s neighborhood famous galbi. A traditional Korean dish that has influenced the term K-bbq. This family recipe has been passed down from my mom’s mom and has always been in the family, and now the world will have a chance to try my Mom’s Galbi.
We created an amazing pre-cooked Korean styled spicy red pepper paste pork belly. Our goal is to make life easier for those that are always in a hurry and help those that do not know how to cook, so they can have high quality food that taste delicious. Our meals are made quick and easy to enjoy!
